So the guy who has been trying to sell Banksy’s identity on eBay says his latest auction wasn’t pulled from the site — instead, he was “paid off,” and now can’t say “nothing.”
Still, “jaybuysthings,” who claims he spent three years “finding the answer,” was kind enough to provide Moviefone with the above photo, possibly in an effort to prove his info was legit.
Of his identity, Banksy once (allegedly) said: “I am unable to comment on who may or may not be Banksy, but anyone described as being ‘good at drawing’ doesn’t sound like Banksy to me.”
